BCE designed the original building, followed by the upgrade of Data Hall 1 to full capacity, and buildout of Data Hall 2.

Data Hall 1 was Uptime Institute Tier III certified.

Data Hall 2 was designed to accommodate high performance compute, with cabinet densities of 35kW per cabinet.
