Leah becomes the firm's first LEED™ accredited professional.
BCE designs the electrical systems for the Cox Hall Computer Center Renovation at Emory University in Decatur, Georgia. The project was awarded the 2003 Best Practice in the Information Technology Success and Best Practices in Higher Education.
The firm completed its first LEED™ Platinum project. Sweetwater Creek Visitor’s Center & Museum in Lithia Springs, Georgia was the first certified LEED™ Platinum project in the Southeast

Taylor joins BCE as a fresh Ga Tech graduate.
BCE designs the electrical systems for the restoration and addition to Language Hall of Oxford College at Emory University. Originally built in 1874, the historic building received the ENR Southeast Award of Merit for Renovation/ Restoration and was LEED™ certified to the Silver level.
BCE moves to its current location, on Engineering Drive in Peachtree Corners, GA.
Leah and Mihai are appointed Vice Presidents of the company.
John Barnett retires. Leah Benincasa and Mihai Sterescu purchase the firm.
